Privacy Policy

Overview

Trainer Bench is an independent companion application developed by QoL for Gamers. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Trainer Bench.

The current version of Trainer Bench is designed to operate primarily on your device and does not require you to create an account or provide personal information directly to QoL for Gamers.

Information You Provide

Trainer Bench does not currently require account registration and does not ask you to submit personal information such as your name, mailing address, phone number, or date of birth.

Information entered into Trainer Bench tools, such as search filter selections and configuration choices, is used to perform the requested functionality within the application.

Information Stored on Your Device

Trainer Bench may store application preferences locally on your device. For example, the application stores your selected appearance or theme preference so it can be restored when you reopen the application.

This locally stored application data is not currently transmitted to QoL for Gamers servers.

Network and Platform Services

Trainer Bench may communicate with platform services provided by Google or Google Play when using operating-system or application distribution features, including checking whether an application update is available.

Information processed by Google or Google Play is governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

Analytics and Advertising

The current version of Trainer Bench does not contain advertising and does not use third-party advertising services.

QoL for Gamers may introduce advertising, analytics, or other third-party services in future versions of Trainer Bench. This Privacy Policy will be updated before or when such services are introduced to describe the information those services process and the privacy choices available to users.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Trainer Bench does not currently offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

If paid products or subscriptions are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary to describe the services used to process and manage those purchases.

Information Sharing

QoL for Gamers does not currently sell personal information collected through Trainer Bench.

Because the current version does not operate a QoL for Gamers user account or cloud-data service, QoL for Gamers does not currently maintain a server-side database of Trainer Bench user profiles or application activity for sharing with third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

Application preferences stored locally by Trainer Bench remain on your device until they are changed, cleared through your device's application settings, or removed when the application and its data are deleted, subject to Android's platform behavior.

Trainer Bench does not currently provide a QoL for Gamers cloud account containing personal user data that requires a separate account-deletion process.

Children's Privacy

Trainer Bench is a general-purpose companion utility and is not designed specifically for children. QoL for Gamers does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the current version of Trainer Bench.

Security

QoL for Gamers takes reasonable steps to design Trainer Bench in a manner that limits unnecessary collection and transmission of user information. No method of electronic storage, device security, or network transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-Party Games and Services

Trainer Bench is an independent companion application. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Niantic, The Pokémon Company, or Nintendo.

Trainer Bench does not control the privacy practices of Pokémon GO or other third-party games, applications, websites, or services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

QoL for Gamers may update this Privacy Policy as Trainer Bench changes, including when new features, third-party services, advertising, purchases, analytics, or other data-processing activities are introduced.

When this policy is updated, the effective date shown at the top of this page will also be updated.
