Having trouble with Trainer Bench or want to report an issue? The information below can help us understand and resolve the problem.

Reporting a Problem

When reporting a problem, please include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your Trainer Bench app version.
  • Your Android version.
  • Your device manufacturer and model.
  • A description of what you were trying to do.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened.
  • Screenshots of the problem, if they help demonstrate the issue.

Please avoid including passwords, account credentials, payment information, or other sensitive personal information in support requests or screenshots.

Application Updates

Trainer Bench is distributed through Google Play. If an update is available, install the latest version before reporting a problem that may already have been corrected.
